Cross Section Template Properties

Edit Cross Section Templates

Name
Change the template name. Be careful, the program will not automatically update any Cross sections using this template to the new name.

Description
Enter a text description for the template. This is not used by the program. it is for your reference.

Cut Batter %
Define the cut batter to be used when the edge of the template is in cut (underground). This is the slope of the line as a percentage (height over width).

Fill Batter %
Define the fill batter to be used when the edge of the template is in fill (above ground). This is the slope of the line as a percentage (height over width). Usually a Negtive value.

File Template
There are two types of templates, ‘File’ templates are read/written to the templates file (if specified). ‘Job’ templates will be saved in the actual job. You can change a template from ‘File’ to ‘job’ in the template properties.
